# 12. How to cancel my withdrawal?

To cancel a withdrawal you have submitted, immediately contact us at [<mark style="color:green;">support@rollercoin.com</mark>](mailto:support@rollercoin.com) from the email address connected to your Rollercoin account and provide the reason for cancelling the initiated withdrawal request.

Please note that a withdrawal can only be cancelled if it has not been released from the site and has not been sent to the blockchain.
