# 14. Why can't I make a withdrawal?

The most frequent reason for a withdrawal to be canceled is that the request was not confirmed upon submission. To confirm the request, you must enter the code sent to your email address for activation.

Additionally, a withdrawal cannot be submitted if the minimum amount of currency required for the request is insufficient.

If the option to withdraw a certain currency is unavailable, it means that the system for withdrawing it is in development and will be available as soon as possible.
