# 13. Why didn't my withdrawal arrive?

The most common reason for the withdrawal failing to arrive at the wallet is that the incorrect destination wallet had been stated upon submitting the withdrawal request, meaning that it has been sent to the blockchain, but cannot reach the non-existing destination.

Additionally, there may be some issues with your wallet, if it has any minimum deposit amounts. As the blockchain always has some kind of a fee, we would like to recommend for you to check if your wallet for the withdrawal has any minimum deposit sums, and if so, be sure to withdraw more to cover the fee!
