# 6. Why are my Games loading too slowly?

* Kindly consider opening RollerCoin in a different browser.&#x20;
* If you notice any differences in gameplay, ensure that no third-party programs or plugins, such as AdBlock, are running on the page in your primary browser.
* &#x20;If no such programs or extensions are applied, the issue may stem from outdated cookie and cache files that are preventing the site from loading and refreshing correctly. We advise you to clear your browser's cache and cookies from your browser history.&#x20;
* You can also try using a different internet network or device to see if it resolves the issue.&#x20;

If these recommendations do not provide a suitable solution, please contact [<mark style="color:green;">support@rollercoin.com</mark>](mailto:support@rollercoin.com) and provide a detailed explanation of your case, along with screenshots, so we can assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible!

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://faq.rollercoin.com/rollercoin/f.a.q./games/6.-why-are-my-games-loading-too-slowly.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
