# 5. Why can’t I log in to my account?

The most common reason for an unsuccessful login attempt is that the account is not verified. You can find the solution to this issue [<mark style="color:green;">here</mark>](/rollercoin/f.a.q./profile/1.-how-to-verify-my-account.md).

Another reason for login difficulties could be website overload, or previous cookies and cache files preventing the site from loading properly. We kindly advise you to follow these steps:

1. Log out and clear your browser’s cache.
2. Close the browser and reopen it.
3. Make sure cookies are allowed/enabled in your browser settings.
4. Log in and try again.
5. Ensure that browser extensions (such as AdBlock) that may interfere are disabled on RollerCoin, and try again. Alternatively, you can try using another device or browser.
6. Be sure to enter via our only official site: [<mark style="color:green;">https://rollercoin.com</mark>](https://rollercoin.com), as we do not have any supported applications.
7. If the issue persists, we suggest trying a VPN service, as some countries restrict access to certain sites and platforms.

If the there is still a problem, you can contact our support department at [<mark style="color:green;">support@rollercoin.com</mark>](mailto:support@rollercoin.com) with your registration email address, username, date of registration, a description, and screenshots of the issue.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://faq.rollercoin.com/rollercoin/f.a.q./profile/5.-why-cant-i-log-in-to-my-account.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
