5. Why haven't I received RLT from the Marketplace?

If you've completed a transaction on the marketplace but haven't received the currency in your account, email support@rollercoin.com.

Be sure send following information:

  • Registration email address

  • Username

  • Date of registration

  • Date of the trade

  • Name of the items sold/purchased

  • Amount of currency missing

  • Screenshots, if possible
