# 10. Why was my account banned/suspended?

The most common reason for an account suspension is suspicious activity on your account. 

This can include, but is not limited to, the following:

* Using bots or scripts, including those that interact with RC gameplay or the Marketplace.
* Impersonating RC staff, social media admins, or moderators.
* Offering RLT for real money outside of RollerCoin.
* Attempting to steal user accounts through methods such as keyloggers.
* Creating applications, websites, or social pages that mimic or could be mistaken for the official RollerCoin app.
* Collecting RollerCoin users' information via unauthorized applications, websites, or social pages.
* Inserting your RollerCoin referral links into third-party applications.
* Gaining referrals from the same IP address.
* Maintaining multiple accounts.
* Offering to merge accounts to boost mining power.
* Registering personal accounts using your referral link and depositing crypto into referral accounts to collect commissions.
* Depositing with the intent to immediately withdraw and "launder" the money.
* Sharing your referral link with family members or roommates to gain commissions from their activities.

Please, note that suspension reasons may include those mentioned above, but there are also things we **never ever** suspend users for:

* Being good in the game
* Having a lot of power, tokens or maintaining a high rank
* Requesting a withdrawal
* Requesting a withdrawal for a big amount of money
* Requesting a first withdrawal
