# 3. Why can't I receive XP for Season Pass?

1. Log out and clear your browser's internet cache.
2. Close the browser and reopen it.
3. Make sure cookies are allowed/enabled in your browser settings.
4. Log in and try again.
5. Ensure that browser extensions (e.g., AdBlock) that may interfere are disabled on RollerCoin and try again.
6. Try using another device and/or browser.
