# 4. Referral does not count in my statistics?

## How Referral Tracking Works:

* **Device & Link**: When you invite someone to RollerCoin using a referral link, we keep track of it using a cache information. But it only works if they register and play on the same device and using the same link you gave them.
* **Update Time**: Sometimes, it may take up to **24 hours** for the referral stats to update. You can try to speed up the process by clearing your browser's cache and cookies.

## Viewing Your Referral Stats:

1. Go to the [<mark style="color:green;">**Referral Program**</mark>](https://rollercoin.com/referral/stats) tab, located in the top-right menu of the screen.
2. You can track your earnings and see details of your referrals there.

## Common Issues:

* **Incorrect Link Use**: If your friend didn't use your link to sign up or make a purchase, we won't be able to credit you for the referral.
* **Cache Issues:** It may be that your Referral did not clear their browser cache before registering with your referral link and accessed the website through someone else's referral link or even without one. In such a case, we may delete the referral's account so they can start over.
* **Referral Issues**: If you believe there’s a mistake with your referral bonuses, contact us at <mark style="color:green;"><support@rollercoin.com></mark>, and we'll help resolve the issue.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://faq.rollercoin.com/rollercoin/f.a.q./referral/4.-referral-does-not-count-in-my-statistics.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
