❗2. Why didn't I receive payment for the completed task?

Receiving Task Wall payment

Usually, it takes anywhere from seconds or hours up to thirty (30) business days for the Task Provider to grant a reward for completing the task.

If you believe your reward has not been paid, the RollerCoin team can only consider tasks that are marked as "Completed" or "Rewarded" by the Task Provider. Any other status (such as “Pending,” “In Process,” “Declined,” “Cancelled,” or “Clicked”) indicates that the Task Provider is still processing your task.

If the payment for a task with the "Completed" status hasn't been granted, but all of the requirements for the reward have been met, we kindly suggest contacting the customer support department of the Task Provider that provided the task and requesting additional assistance. You can find how to do it here.

If the Task Provider does not respond within 30 business days or confirms the task reward, kindly contact our support team at [email protected] and provide the information requested below.

To ensure that you've completed the task according to the terms and to confirm the reward amount, we will need you to submit a video recording. This will help us verify everything accurately. The video must begin when you enter the Task Wall , and clearly show the offer network info, including the offer name, your ID, the missing reward, and the date of completion.

As you select the Task Provider, go to the “Rewarded/Confirmed/Credited” section and slowly scroll through the tab so that the necessary information for each task completed and rewarded is clearly visible.

Information that should be visible in the video:

1. Offer network info (Offer network name, user ID)

2. Offer name in the game.

3. Date of completion

4. Reward for the offer
