❗8. How to contact the Task Provider?

While we understand your desire for us to handle communication with offerwalls on your behalf, unfortunately, we are unable to do so as it is considered fraudulent by the taskwalls. Therefore, it is necessary for you, as the user, to personally engage with them. Our role is to support you by providing guidance on how to reach out to offerwall support and the steps you should take in doing so.

How to contact the Task Providers

(choose the necessary)

CPX Research

1. Go to "All Surveys"

2. Open CPX Research

3. Go to the Menu, which is located at the top left corner and shaped as three horizontal lines

   
4. Select “Help” tab

5. Scroll down and create a support ticket.

   

Torox

1. Go to "All Tasks" and scroll down

2. Open Torox

3. Click on the My Activity tab

4. Click on the necessary task

5. Submit a Missing Reward? ticket

AdscendMedia

1. Go to "All Tasks" and scroll down

2. Open AdscendMedia

3. Click on the Support button in the top right corner

5. Contact support via the “Missing Points” button on that offer.

5. In the upper-right corner of the task you can find the logo of a message . Click on it!

   
6. Submit your problem.

Time Wall

1. Go to "All Tasks" and scroll down
2. Open Timewall

3. Click on the Message bubble in the bottom right corner.
4. Choose the issue type or submit your problem through "Send us a message" button

BitLabs

To contact Bitlabs regarding an issue with an Offer hosted on their Offerwall:

1. Go to "All Surveys"
2. Open BitLabs

3. Then open up their offerwall and and click the menu button found at the top left.
4. From there, go to the reward history option and scroll down to the offer you are having issues with. Click "View details" and then "Report a problem.
