# 8. How to contact the Task Provider?

While we understand your desire for us to handle communication with offerwalls on your behalf, unfortunately, we are unable to do so as it is considered fraudulent by the taskwalls. Therefore, it is necessary for you, as the user, to personally engage with them. Our role is to support you by providing guidance on how to reach out to offerwall support and the steps you should take in doing so.

## How to contact the Task Providers
