# 1. Why don't I receive any Power from Games?

Keeping old data in your browser could potentially cause issues with RollerCoin, which might affect the amount of power you receive from playing games. But don’t worry, we have a few suggestions to help you out!

* First, try logging out and clearing your browser's cache. Then, close and reopen your browser. Finally, log back in and give it another try.
* If that doesn't work, try accessing RollerCoin on a different browser or device.

If nothing helps, please, contact our support team at [<mark style="color:green;">support@rollercoin.com</mark>](mailto:support@rollercoin.com). Provide your registration email, in-game username, date of registration, and a detailed description of your issue along with some screenshots or a video.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://faq.rollercoin.com/rollercoin/f.a.q./games/1.-why-dont-i-receive-any-power-from-games.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
