# 7. What do I receive from Games?

Playing mini-games in Rollercoin is essential for your progress! You may receive various helpful items and tokens such as:

* crypto currencies (DOGE, POL, TRX, XRP, USDT)
* game currencies (RLT, RST)
* parts (common and uncommon)
* power for 24 hours
* a battery
* points (which convert to Gh/s for the time you can keep your power from games)

To find all the items you receive, please, look at the top of the Games page:

Additionally, playing games provides you with opportunities such as:

* completing Daily/Weekly quests to receive XP, RST, RLT and progressing in a Season
