❗2. Why don’t I receive a reward from the Season Pass?

The rewards that you receive depend on the Season Pass that you have in your account. Standard Season rewards are Free and are credited upon fully completing a certain level of Season Event. Meaning that you receive a reward for level 1 upon passing all the way to level 2, but you cannot claim the Gold rewards that are granted for passing levels, you redeem only Free rewards.

To be able to redeem Gold rewards also, be sure to click on the «Activate Pass» button and buy a Gold Pass!
