# 2. Why don’t I receive a reward from the Season Pass?
The rewards that you receive depend on the Season Pass that you have in your account. Standard Season rewards are **Free** and are credited upon fully completing a certain level of Season Event. Meaning that you receive a reward for level 1 upon passing all the way to level 2, but you cannot claim the **Gold** rewards that are granted for passing levels, you redeem only **Free** rewards.
To be able to redeem **Gold** rewards also, be sure to click on the «Activate Pass» button and buy a **Gold Pass**!
