# 11. Por que não consigo acessar Rollercoin?
Se você estiver tendo problemas para acessar nosso site, isso pode ser devido a um dos seguintes motivos:
1. **Seu país está na lista de países sancionados**: Conforme informado em nossos [Termos de Serviço](https://rollercoin.com/terms), não fornecemos serviços a usuários nesses países. Infelizmente, não можемos oferecer nenhum serviço a usuários nessas regiões.
