# 1. Por que meus Mineradores não estão funcionando?

## Corrigindo o problema

Para começar a minerar com seus Miners, primeiro você precisa colocá-los no seu Quarto em qualquer Rack!

Além disso, para que os miners funcionem corretamente, você precisa recarregá-los com Eletricidade. Você pode recarregar a eletricidade a cada 12 horas ou mais. Os miners podem ser obtidos por meio de sorteios frequentes, comprados em [<mark style="color:verde;">Marketplace</mark>](https://rollercoin.com/marketplace), ou ganhos como recompensa por concluir níveis com o [<mark style="color:verde;">Passe de Temporada</mark>](https://rollercoin.com/game/market/season-pass).

Se seus Miners estiverem carregados com Eletricidade, mas o nível de Energia não parecer correto, tente removê-los dos Racks e colocá-los de volta no seu Inventário, depois colocá-los novamente nos Racks.
