# 3. Por que não consigo receber XP pelo Passe da Temporada?

1. Faça logout e limpe o cache de internet do seu navegador.
2. Feche o navegador e abra-o novamente.
3. Certifique-se de que os cookies estejam permitidos/ativados nas configurações do seu navegador.
4. Faça login e tente novamente.
5. Certifique-se de que as extensões do navegador (por exemplo, AdBlock) que possam interferir estejam desativadas no RollerCoin e tente novamente.
6. Tente usar outro dispositivo e/ou navegador.
