# 2. Por que não recebo uma recompensa do Passe de Temporada?

As recompensas que você recebe dependem do Season Pass que você tem na sua conta. As recompensas padrão da Temporada são **Gratuitas** e são creditadas após concluir totalmente um determinado nível do Evento da Temporada. Isso significa que você recebe uma recompensa pelo nível 1 ao passar até o nível 2, mas você não pode resgatar as **Douradas** recompensas concedidas ao passar de nível, você resgata apenas **Gratuitas** recompensas.

Para também poder resgatar **Douradas** recompensas, certifique-se de clicar no botão «Ativar Passe» e comprar um **Passe Gold**!
