O motivo mais frequente para um saque ser cancelado é que a solicitação não foi confirmada no momento do envio. Para confirmar a solicitação, você deve inserir o código enviado para o seu endereço de e-mail para ativação.

Além disso, um saque não pode ser enviado se a quantidade mínima da moeda exigida para a solicitação for insuficiente.

Se a opção de sacar uma determinada moeda não estiver disponível, isso significa que o sistema de saque dela está em desenvolvimento e estará disponível o mais breve possível.
