# 11. Por que meu saque foi cancelado?
O motivo mais comum para um saque ser cancelado é que o código de confirmação expirou, pois ele é válido por apenas 30 minutos. Se for esse o caso, você pode enviar uma nova solicitação de saque e confirmá-la usando o e-mail que você receberá de [noreply@rollercoin.com](mailto:noreply@rollercoin.com).
Se você não conseguir encontrar o e-mail de confirmação do saque, por favor verifique sua **SPAM** pasta.
Em outros casos, os saques podem ser cancelados devido a atividades suspeitas na sua conta ou por qualquer outro motivo especificado na solicitação de saque.
