# 5. Error al intentar completar tareas. ¿Qué debo hacer?
El error que está experimentando puede deberse al uso de una VPN en su dispositivo. Le recomendamos encarecidamente que verifique de inmediato si este es el caso y desactive su VPN para determinar si eso resuelve el problema.
