# 5. ¿Por qué no he recibido RLT del Marketplace?

Asegúrate de enviar la siguiente información:

* Dirección de correo electrónico de registro
* Nombre de usuario
* Fecha de registro
* Fecha de la operación
* Nombre de los artículos vendidos/comprados
* Cantidad de moneda faltante
* Capturas de pantalla, si es posible
