# 3. ¿Por qué no puedo recibir XP para el Pase de temporada?

1. Cierra sesión y borra la caché de Internet de tu navegador.
2. Cierre el navegador y vuelva a abrirlo.
3. Asegúrese de que las cookies estén permitidas/activadas en la configuración de su navegador.
4. Inicie sesión e inténtelo de nuevo.
5. Asegúrate de que las extensiones del navegador (p. ej., AdBlock) que puedan interferir estén desactivadas en RollerCoin y vuelve a intentarlo.
6. Prueba usando otro dispositivo y/o navegador.
