# 2. ¿Por qué no recibo una recompensa del Pase de Temporada?

Las recompensas que you recibes dependen del Season Pass que tienes en tu cuenta. Las recompensas estándar de la Season son **Gratis** y se acreditan al completar por completo un cierto nivel del Evento de Temporada. Es decir, recibes una recompensa por el nivel 1 al pasar hasta el nivel 2, pero no puedes reclamar las **Oro** recompensas que se otorgan por pasar niveles, solo canjeas **Gratis** recompensas.

Para poder canjear **Oro** las recompensas también, asegúrate de hacer clic en el botón «Activate Pass» y comprar un **Pase Gold**!
