# 12. ¿Cómo cancelar mi retiro?

Para cancelar un retiro que has enviado, contáctanos inmediatamente en [<mark style="color:verde;">support@rollercoin.com</mark>](mailto:support@rollercoin.com) desde la dirección de correo electrónico vinculada a tu cuenta de Rollercoin y proporciona el motivo para cancelar la solicitud de retiro iniciada.

Ten en cuenta que un retiro solo puede cancelarse si no ha sido liberado del sitio y no ha sido enviado a la blockchain.
