# 13. ¿Por qué no llegó mi retiro?

La razón más común por la que un retiro no llega a la wallet es que se indicó una wallet de destino incorrecta al enviar la solicitud de retiro, lo que significa que se ha enviado a la blockchain, pero no puede llegar al destino inexistente.

Además, puede haber algunos problemas con tu wallet si tiene importes mínimos de depósito. Como la blockchain siempre tiene algún tipo de comisión, te recomendamos comprobar si tu wallet de retiro tiene algún importe mínimo de depósito y, si es así, asegúrate de retirar más para cubrir la comisión.
